Currently Roger has a portfolio of interests.

- He is a Fellow of the Centre for Leadership Studies in the Exeter University Business School where he works on leadership development and organizational change.
- He is an associate consultant with the Centre for Customised Executive Development at the Cranfield School of management where he works on strategic thinking, programme and change management.
- He is a partner in the Protean Inquiry Network where he works on the use of close learning and the facilitation of learning other than through formal training programes
- He is a trained executive coach and works with private clients through the Management Coach-house Ltd.

Roger trained as a strategy consultant in the USA and Europe, and over the last twenty years has advised clients around the world in aviation, financial services, the media, IT, central government and a number of other industry sectors.

Prior to this he spent fifteen years in British Airways where he worked in operations, marketing, planning and human resources, with his final senior management positions being in training and operational management.

Roger has worked for a number of aviation related clients as a consultant and coach. These include, Aer Lingus, Air Canada, Air Europe, Air New Zealand, Alitalia, All Nippon Airways, British Airways, CAA (UK), DoT (UK), easyJet, Finnair, IATA, KLM, Koln/Bonn airport, Liverpool Airport, Lufthansa, Lufthansa Cargo, Malev, Monarch Aircraft Engineering, NATS, Petrolair Helicopters, Prestwick Airport, Privatair, Royal Jordanian, St Petersburg Pulkova airport, and United Airlines.

He has also addressed international conferences on aviation related topics and had articles published in Airline Business, Aviation Strategy, International Business, ATTIS News and other magazines.
