It is perhaps an odd way to start but we after forty years working in and around the airline industry we are still unashamedly learning about it.

Our starting point is that we can help executives to learn but we cannot teach them. Crucially we look to work with executives on real issues of performance or development, and in real time. We can advise on appropriate tools and techniques and coach others in the use of these but such theories only bear fruit when tested and adapted in action.

In our work we:
- Challenge individuals and organisations in their thinking, behaviour and development
- Support individuals and organisations with insight, questioning and reflection
- Integrate strategic and programme management & management and leadership development

We therefore offer our own insight and expertise, and look to work with and learn from airline managers who will bring their own insight, experiences and expertise. It is the fusion of the two that translates into learning – for all of us.

We work one-to-one or with small groups. We work face-to-face or virtually. We prefer to work with people for a period of time with contact and interaction when required or it is useful to the people we work with – not according to a set schedule.

The goal is that we work with people on real issues and challenges as they arise, we coach, facilitate or consult for outcomes, and through this achieve development.
